We recently sat down with YHM’s Matt Hebert, and he provided us with more detail about the company, their products, and some of their plans for the future. Now take a closer look at this company:
Here’s What’s New for 2013:
The Phantom .30 LT (Light Tactical) and LTA (Light Tactical, Aggressive) are smaller, lighter .30 caliber suppressors. At 1.5 inches in diameter, 7.625 inches in length and weighing just 20 ounces, these suppressors are smaller and lighter than YHM’s full-size Phantom M2 .30 Cal. suppressor, while delivering similar performance on .308 Winchester.
These all-new suppressors feature CNC welds throughout, and an updated tube design that incorporates a thicker blast area with a secure gripping surface that also adds a unique look to the suppressor. The LTA model features an aggressive end that is great for tactical applications. The sharp tip can be used to break glass, position the firearm for breaching, or can be used in hand-to-hand situations.
Both the LT and LTA suppressors utilize YHM’s improved Q.D. Mounting system that allows for faster, easier and more secure mounting. The suppressor is also backwards compatible with 5.56mm Q.D. Mounts. Both suppressors are full-auto rated on barrels as short as 10.5 inches and carry a lifetime warranty.
